I am trying to add my sons Junior ISA account to our online Tesco banking. When I go to the app and online on the Lap top to ‘add another account’ it asks for the 16 digit account number (which ISA doesn’t have) and not the sort code or account number. I have called and they said they’d ask folk to change it online but it was 3 weeks ago. Anyone got ideas?
