A direct debit to pay off my Tesco credit card was due to come out of another account. The account definitely had enough money to cover the transaction. The transaction was labelled as pending for a number of days.
Later I noticed on my statement that the transaction had been reversed, and then I was hit with a late fee. I shouldn’t be punished when I had set the account up to avoid this situation.
The whole point of getting this card was to start building my credit history, and now it looks like I don’t pay my bill, when I certainly can. How do I have this resolved? OR How do I speak with a human working for Tesco bank to have this resolved?
