My direct debit was requested on the 30th of May even though I’ve requested this to be the 1st of every month and has been since January. Because of this I missed my direct debit however I didn’t receive any notification, text or email until I check my bank statement today. I’ve made more than the minimum payment today but I’m worried this will show as an arrear for this month even though the direct debit was incorrect. Because I made the payment today is this still going to report to the credit beuro?

@Tifftaylor03 Hey there, thanks for getting in touch. If you've made the payment before your next statement is produced then it won't be reported. I hope this clarifies things for you.

@Tifftaylor03 Your statements are produced on the same day each month. You can check this in the mobile app by clicking 'statements & documents' from the menu. From what you've said above it sounds like you have made it with plenty of time to spare.

Hi Chris, I made the payment on the 3rd but my statement is produced on the 5th. This hasn’t updated my overpayment yet, should this make a difference?
