Can you please advise me on how to reset the 5 digit passcode that unlocks the mobile app? I have full access to my account when I access my account via a web browser. Within the security settings there are no options to either revert the app logon to passnumber/password or reset the passcode? Many thanks.

I contacted Tesco Bank regarding this problem and they told me to uninstall the app and then re-install it.It worked for me.
