Hello, I received a letter saying I would get a balance increase and it hasn’t happened , I have also been declined a manual increase ? Is this correct please ? Nothing has changed since the letter apart from making further payments from my balance.

@LYDPATTY did the increase happen? I am due a increase today, but so far not in my account. I haven't received any letter advising they're not increasing.
