Hello,
i have applied for a loan online, got all the way through to the end to get a “something went wrong” message and to call the helpline.
i haven’t received a reference number etc via email. Any suggestions on what this means?

@saramac I had this same issue. I have sent a PM to Tesco to find out what went wrong. I also have no reference number and cannot reapply
