Hiya, I recently applied for a current account and overdraft which said it was accepted but I have to wait for the pack to come in the post and send id etc. Does this mean I was definitely accepted for the overdraft or can this change once my application is finished?

Thanks for getting in touch. If we've not asked for any further information, like proof of ID or address, then the application will go straight through after we receive your signature letter.

If we've asked for further details to be sent in, then it will be assessed before we go ahead and open the account.
