I have an online banking account which I access from my computer. I want to download the mobile app to use on my phone but I get a message saying the app is not available in my region. I lived and worked in Singapore, where I bought the Samsung phone, and now live back full time in the UK with a UK mobile SIM. The phone's OS is Android 13. How can I proceed?

@plenox Hey there, thanks for getting in touch. Please ensure your Google Play Store is set to UK. You should then be able to install the app.
