I got through them last week, by phone.
What I agreed with them hasn't been actioned and I now havea charge and interest.
Tried calling them today, but it says to try calling Tuesday!

Tried going round and round the website, but still can't get through to them.
My wife is with First Direct...if she wants to talk to them, the call is answered immediately!
First time I've had problems with Tesco, but I don't need the stress.
