@molerat Hey! Yeah, this is glitch and was happening to us intermittently last week. I cleared my cache and that resolved the issue so might be worth trying that 😊

@molerat I got this screen logging in with Edge (and could not access any help page to query it as I was not logged in :( I switched to Chrome and logged in without issue
