why are the dates for my ZERO balance transfer not shown on my monthly Statement when they are coming to an end like all other banks ???????

@accounts123 Hey there, thanks for getting in touch. We'll provide a reminder at the top of your statement two months prior to the expiry date. If you're registered for Online Banking, you'll also receive an email reminder 21 days before it expires. If not, you'll receive a letter 21 days before. However, if you send us a private message, we'll be able to confirm for you the exact date the 0% period ends.
