Loan Application Log in issues

    Hi,

    I have applied for a loan and was accepted. I believe I went through the complete application (set up passwords and signed contract) but when going back to the page it’s expired.
    I haven’t received any emails from a tesco to confirm application sucessful?

    I previously saved my application and when trying to retrieve application it asks me for further details including sort code and account number which I don’t know? It is also not recognising my username, maybe I noted it down wrong but I cant seem to sign in without a sort code and account number.

    Worried maybe the application didn’t go through completely 😩

    @Black76 Hey there, thanks for getting in touch. We don't ordinarily send emails relating to loan applications, so there is no need to be concerned about that. You also won't be able to access Online Banking until the account is opened. If you send us a private message, we can check to see the status of the application and take it from there.
