Lost personal loan application

    Hi,

    I was applying for a personal loan and accidentally made a mistake and wanted to click backwards to amend the length of the loan but completely lost the application and I have not been given any details on an application ID or an email of some sort.

    It is now saying I have to wait 3 months to apply again for some reason… anyone know what I can do?

    @dneedham Hey there, thanks for getting in touch. It sounds like the application has timed out and will need to be completed before we can make a decision. You will need to call us for this, and we can also help with amending the details on the application. You can reach the Loans team on 0345 600 6016 (Mon - Fri: 8am - 8pm Sat - Sun: 9am - 3pm) and they will be able to finalise it for you. I hope this helps 😊
