Hi,
I have applied for a loan a couple of weeks back and I received a message that it was accepted. The instructions were to wait 3-5 days for paperwork and then send back but I have never received any paperwork. What should I do?

Hi,

The paperwork eventually came, but too late. I was also expecting digital documents rather than actual paperwork. There's so many secured ways to do it nowadays but they still use paper.

Thanks for the response. Hopefully it’ll come through soon but I agree, surprised it still needs to be physical paperwork in the post
