Hi, I applied for a loan yesterday that was approved. I have never been emailed any confirmation or paperwork so am a little confused. I set up the username and password but it won’t let me log in. Any ideas?

@Gadgers Hey there, thanks for getting in touch. Did you digitally sign the credit agreement? You won't be able to register the account for Online Banking until you receive your welcome pack once the funds have been issued.
