I recently opened a new fixed term savings account. I made a small value payment from another account to check it was all working ok. The money has still not arrived in my Tesco Account. Is this normal? How long does it take for payments to come though?

@Fraser10 Hey Fraser, thanks for getting in touch!

This type of account only accepts minimum deposits of £2k. This means that if you've tried to transfer less than this amount then it'll be automatically returned to the account it came from within 10 days.

do you offer a saving account with good interest for 12 months ? and if you want to take it out after this are you penalised?
