I made a payment to Hotter on Tuesday 11 Jul 23, and the same day I returned the item, they sent me an email confirming me that they received the item and they will go to pay me in few days.
I waited until today when I called them by phone, and they told me that they are in an Administrative state and they will not pay me.
Is there a way to recover my money?
