Hi,

i have made a recent payment but after a week, this is not showing in my available balance, BUT is included in my calculated balance.

it happens all the time and I have to ring up and someone fixes it/pushes it through and it then becomes available credit. The lady I spoke to last time says its because I’ve paid over the minimum payment.

I’ve tried to ring up today but they are closed.

is there anything I can do on the app to help pull this payment through?

This can sometimes happen if you pay an amount that's higher than your credit limit or if you pay more than your last statement balance.

If you send us a private message, we'll be able to remove the payment hold from your account.
