Chance home insurance correspondence address

    Hi,
    My previous home address is still showing on my home insurance policy as my correspondence address. I need to update the account to have my current address as my correspondence address.

    I can't find a way to do this. The website thinks I am changing the property which is to be insured, which I am not.

    Does anyone know how I can do this?

    To me this should be a fairly simple thing to do

    @BenBo Hey there, thanks for getting in touch!

    If you want to change your correspondence address at the same time, you need to select yes to 'Would you also like to change your contact address to match your new address?'

    If you didn't select 'yes' to this, your correspondence address would have remained as the old address.

    If you call the Home Insurance team they'll quickly update this for you. You can reach them on 0345 246 2904 (Mon - Fri: 8am - 8pm, Sat - Sun: 9am - 2pm) and they'll be happy to help 😊
