Hi, could someone please tell me how I find a particular transaction?

@tv021951 Hey there, thanks for getting in touch.

You can view up to 3 months of transactions online and up to 5 years of statements. For any transactions exceeding 90 days, you would need to check your statements.

To view your transactions, when you log in click the arrow ‘>’ to expand your selected account. Within the transactions tab, it will give you the option to ‘Download All’ button towards the top right-hand side where it will download all transactions within 90 days excluding pending transactions.
