I have received a default notice but I paid off the full balance on my card over a month ago. I have tried to phone but there was no option to speak to anyone, only automated responses and although I have written to an adviser with whom I had a previous conversation about paying off my card she has not responded.
A default notice affects a person’s credit status and is a serious matter. Can someone from Tesco Bank please respond to me urgently to resolve this for me please?
