Loan Application that was declined

    Hi,
    I was declined a loan way back in July this year. I only found out by one of the reps in this community. I was then advised I will receive either a letter through post or email explaining the reason behind the rejection because they can not say much in the chat. As I type this message, I am yet to receive any correspondence of this nature from Tesco bank. Can anyone point me to the right direction? Its so uneasy if I do not know on what basis was the facility declined.

    I'm sorry you still haven't received any correspondence regarding this. It may be worth checking your junk folder as sometimes emails can be filtered in there.

    Otherwise, please call the Loans team on 0345 600 6016 (Mon - Fri: 8am - 8pm Sat - Sun: 9am - 3pm) and they will be able to arrange for a duplicate to be sent.

    Regards to previous application, I didn’t receive any reason for refusal.
    I’ve just re applied on the 20:11:2023 with lastest application reference number
