However, I wanted to thank Jack from the claims team. He couldn't be more helpful, friendly, empathetic to situation and went above and beyond to provide some places we could go to for help, given that our situation wouldn't be covered by our policy.
Great customer service feels rare at times, so I think it's important to acknowledge when it's really good.
I hope Jack can get some formal recognition for it.
