I have paid off the balance of my account and it shows 0.00
it is saying I have a minimum payment to pay by 5th November of £37
why is it saying this?
I cannot get through to any human on the phone to answer!!!
I do not want to have a bad credit mark next to my name as I have cancelled my direct debit to the account due to it being a cleared balance

The minimum payment information will always be displayed when you login. Provided there is no balance on the account then no payments will be requested.
