The message Jeffers2112 wrote on 23-10-2023 and his subsequent messages about being kicked out before he could even log in could have been written be me as this is exactly the problem I have been having with the same phone. I cannot see that this was resolved. Please advise.

Are you using Android 8.1 too?

Still no response from Tesco support.....
