Occasionally we will make customers aware there are 0% periods available on their account. These always have an expiry date, so if they aren't used by then they will no longer be eligible.
I appreciate this may be frustrating but it isn't the case that there will always be 0% periods available. However, if this changes and one becomes available on your account we'll be in touch to let you know.
