No payment letters

    Hi I am currently receiving texts and letters stating I have not paid my monthly loan. I have checked and the payment left my bank and my bank.have confirmed it has been delivered to Tesco Bank.
    i have tried calling but after being on hold for over an hour gave up as I had work to do!
    Can you help as this is effecting my credit score and causing me stress

    Hey @Lora1975 , thanks for getting in touch 🙂 I'm afraid we're not able to check loan payments here. If you can please try calling Loans team on 0345 600 6016 (Mon - Fri: 8am - 8pm Sat - Sun: 9am - 2pm) one of my colleagues will be happy to help you further.

    thanks for the response unfortunately no one ever anevers the phone! I tried again another hour waiting. This is causing me alot of stress as I have paid but my payment has not been recognised and all I'm getting is letters and texts. Do i wait for this to escalate because I can actually get to talk to someone on the phone? I don't have hours I can wait on the phone on hold
