Called customer services to get card unlocked. They said they would send PIN reminder and then I should use that PIN at ATM and select PIN Unlock from Service Menu.

Having waited a week for PIN reminder to arrive - I then followed the instructions to no avail. ATM just says Invalid Card contact Provider. Tried Tesco ATM too.

Waste of time. Just go round in circles. I dont think customer services actually know what they are doing.

Why is this so difficult. Why cant customer services just unlock the PIN rather than fob me off and tell me to go to an ATM. Better still why isnt this an option in the App
