Hi,

I applied for a loan on 8/12/2023 - was approved - received the credit agreement on 13/12/2023 sent it straight back and since then there is no update. Customer service told me that my paperwork was not on my file/ not sure if received back. Would be able to check as this is now 2 weeks ago since applied.
