Does anyone know why the fingerprint recognition in the android App keeps switching it's self off? Or how to stop this from happening?

It feels like I'm constantly having to reactivate it and as I use the app frequently it's a frustrating blip.

Have you tried to reinstall the app to see if that works?

Hi @ChristopherP - yes app has been reloaded, it makes no difference. Fingerprint recognition still 'turns itself off' a couple/few times every month.
