My wife & I submitted a chargeback request just now, and ticked the boxes to say we would attach Order confirmation and subsequent emails, but couldn't find any way to include attachments with the online form. How do we do this?

If you send them over without the attachments, we will send you an email acknowledgment and that will have instructions on how to send any supporting documents to us.
