Hello. I received a letter about a week ago saying my credit limit was being increase and this would be automatically applied to my account on 3rd January. This date has come and gone, but the credit limit has not applied. Unfortunately I’ve thrown the letter away, but I’m certain it didn’t say I needed to do anything.

Should I just wait a bit longer?
