Credit Card Charges

    I am living abroad & used my tesco credit card to top up my tesco pay as you go phone by £30 & have just been charged £24.94 in charges because I did not pay on time!!! Trying to make a compaint to someone, so spent 20 mins having to register etc to use this forum. Cannnot phone tesco as I am 8 hours ahead!!! Great customer service, NOT!!

    Hi ,

    I'm sorry to see that you've received unexpected charges and fees on the account; if there was a balance due to be paid on the card and we didn't receive the minimum payment on time then a late fee would be applied.
    Our Credit Card team are available 24/7 so you should be able to speak to us regarding this. You can contact them using the overseas number which is +441268 508 027 and if you request that the operator reverses the charges we will accept this.
