App not working for credit card

    I want to increase my direct debit amount on my credit card to pay off quicker but when I try and log on to the app it says I’m blocked out?? How can I change the DD amount without being able to log on to me account?!

    @MrsF Hey there, thanks for getting in touch!

    It sounds like you've been locked out of your account and require a Temporary Security Number to get logged back in. As you also need to change your Direct Debit instruction too, it's best to call the Credit Card team to arrange both at once and they'll get you logged back in straight away.

    You can reach them on 0345 300 4278 (Mon - Fri: 8am to 9pm, Sat - Sun: 8am - 6pm) and they'll be happy to help.

    To speak to one of my colleagues, please choose option 2 and enter your security details, then press 0. If you don't have any details to hand, just press 0 and you will then be passed through.
