I have an instant saver and a fixed rate saver account - I want to transfer all the money from the Instant Saver to the Fixed Rate Saver (which currently has nothing in it). I have tried umpteen times but it won't let me do it. I need some help. Thanks

@gillpsimonb - Can nobody help with this ? I opened the Instant Access account to allow me to transfer money in lumps from my nominated account so I could transfer it all in one go to the Fixed Saver - but it just won't let me !!!

Please call the Savings team on 0345 678 5678 (Mon - Fri: 8am - 6pm, Sat - Sun: 9am - 2pm) so they can look into this for you.
