The Tesco Banking app no longer works on my phone. I keep being asked to open the app to authorise on-line payments. Can I revert to One Time Passcode authorisation and how do I do it?

I'm sorry to hear the mobile app has stopped working on your phone. Have you tried deleting the mobile app and reinstalling it?
