how long does it take for the application. I got approved but no confirmation and said paper work would be sent within 5 days

@Jadielou22 Hey. Thanks for your query😀. I'm sorry you have not received your documents yet. The normal timescale after you have been accepted for your loan would be 3-5 working days. If you have not received this within the timescales please call our loans department on 0345 600 6016 (Mon - Fri: 8am - 8pm Sat - Sun: 9am - 2pm). The team would be happy to help with this.
