Opening 2nd current account

    I've tried on line and through the app but can't get it too accept my application for a 2nd current account (only one shown in account summary when logged in). Have saved application but it keeps defaulting and saying can't complete but doesn't give a reason.Cant get an answer on phone and no email address to try on website.How do I reach Tesco to get an answer / solution?

    Hi there could be numerous reasons why this is happening but we would need to investigate this to get an answer. How far into the application are you getting?

    Can you send a private message please including your name, date of birth and postcode (with a space between each character) so we can help? Alternatively, you can call our Applications team as apposed to our general customer service line as they will be able to give you more insight into what's happening. Their number is 0345 030 3170.
