I have been applying for a loan today and got through to the confirmation page when a message came up saying more information was needed to check it was me applying.
The screen then said please wait while the next screen loads and then after quite some time said it had timed out.
I tried to go back into the application but I just kept getting a message saying I had already applied and can only apply once every 3 months.
I have no idea if my loan application has gone through or if it has been approved and no way of checking. Can anyone advise please?
