Authorising online payments

    When I'm told to open the banking app, and do so seeing to authorise a payment, very often there is no payment to authorise.
    where can I find these?

    Hey @JoyF , thanks for getting in touch.

    I'm sorry you are having an issue. If you have our Mobile Banking App we will send you a push notification asking you to authenticate the payment. This would appear automatically at the top of the screen on the app.

    If the notification is not appearing I would suggest trying to delete and re-install the Mobile Banking app. Can you also check there are no software updates required on your device. If you are still having issues after this can you please get back in touch. I hope this fixes the issue😃
