I have had a text to say I need to pay my latest statement but when I go on the app it says there are no statements to view so I don’t know how much I need to pay.

Are you able to access the statement now?
If you log onto the mobile app, your payment information is displayed on screen with the minimum amount and date stated there.
If you need to ask a question about a Tesco Bank product, you can make a post in Help & Support here

Exactly I have just had the same - I am so fed up with this - hope Barclays are more efficient!!!
