New to Tesco Bank, and so far I am appalled by its service. I made a cash deposit earlier this week and it took 24 hours to credit my account! Made another deposit today and was told it'll take 48 hours because, and I kid you not, our systems cannot cope with the busy time of year! Yet after making a purchase using my debit card you take the money straight away don't you! Those systems are working fine. So who's going to pay the fees when my direct debit fails, because i'm certainly not? Trying to get any response from customer services is harder than trying to reach the moon, hence why i am venting here. It's been a short and bitter marridge Tescos, and I have initiated a switch to a more professional bank today, one whos systems can cope.
