I've had a loan application accepted however I haven't received any emails confirming. I was just wondering how long this will take and if I will receive any confirmation. I have also sent a secure message.

@anthdk Hey there, thanks for getting in touch! We don't send emails relating to loan applications so there's no need to be concerned about that. You should have been given a decision on-screen at the end of the application, or information outlining the next steps.

I've had a quick look through the private messages and can't see any from your account, so if you send another here I'll pick this up.
