Hi,
I was applying for a loan which got accepted and I got an application ID. I got to the identify bit where you take pictures of your driving licence. Whilst doing this the website crashed. I went back to it and now it keeps saying I cannot apply for a loan as I have done so in the last 3 months and my application ID does not work. What do I do?
