Forgotten security number, have not logged in in years and have a different mobile number now

    Hi, I opened an account several years ago, did not use it often and have not logged in in over 2 years (my mobile number has changed since then, too). I know that my PC was a recognised device before so I don't know why it is not recognising it now. I tried my security code 3 times and got locked out (although I am sure I hadn't entered in incorrectly). Please help! Thank you

    I am sorry you've had trouble when trying to log in online. You will receive a message on screen advising your computer is unrecognised from time to time and this is due to the cookies being cleared from your web browser; this is how we recognise customer's devices. Normally when this message pops up you should be able to continue your log in by requesting a One Time Access Code to your mobile phone or landline. What would prevent you from completing this process would be part of your security being locked. If you follow the instructions in the below linked post, we'll help you log in again :cathappy:
