Hello,

I applied for a loan today, completed all stages and you then conducted a hard credit check and informed me of the rate and that I was approved. I accepted the terms and added bank details, repayment dates, signed online agreement etc.

While completing the final ‘identity check’ online, however, your app crashed for some reason (I just got an ‘error’ message) and now I have no record of the loan or approval. I don’t want to apply again as I don’t want another hard credit check on my file. How do I contact someone to follow up on this and find out what happened?

I faced the exact same problem yesterday evening. I’ve messaged Tesco Bank as suggested by @ChristopherP however I’ve not had a response yet.

Any advice on how to get things expedited?
