I am still having a slow log in with the banking app and have not had a solution advised should I make a complaint

I'm sorry you're still experiencing issues with the mobile app.
Can you click the main menu in the app and scroll down to 'reset app' and select that? Only use this option if you know your username, security number and password as you'll be asked to login again once the app has reset.
Hopefully that will resolve the issue.

Thanks but I have removed and reinstalled the app and it is just the same I'm just fed up of waiting for it to work

@izzywhit I posted a similar question on 9/4/24. It takes me over 2 minutes on the Android App version 4.32.0 to be able to see my recent transactions. I uninstalled and reinstalled the App a couple of days ago, so I assume it is the latest version.
I often use a PC as I keep a spreadsheet of my transactions. I have been having issues with some transactions appearing both as pending and complete, while the same number of other transactions are missing. The discrepancy can last a few days, especially over a bank holiday weekend, after which it correct itself. This discrepancy seems only to affect transactions of similar value, but can leave the available balance out by a few pounds (plus or minus), hence keeping the spreadsheet.
On the PC I can get to my recent transactions in around 25 seconds. I can log in to Tesco Bank on the PC, check the details and update my spreadsheet before the mobile App gets anywhere near displaying transactions.
The problem of the wrong transactions being displayed is common both to the PC and the Android App. I don't remember having the slow response problem before March 2024, and my other four backing Apps and other Apps on my phone are working normally, so I assume Tesco have screwed up something.
