Still cannot withdraw or transfer money from Internet Saver

    Hi,

    I opened my Internet Saver account on 11 March and started making deposit on 12 March. The signature letter was returned on 22 March.

    Until today, I still cannot withdraw or transfer money from Internet Saver account. The message is still "We've been unable to complete your transaction. Please try again."

    Any idea how much longer it has to take before the account is fully functional? Honestly, this has already caused cashflow problem.😰

    It usually takes within 3 working days from us receiving your signature letter for the account to be fully functional, so we'll need to check your account to see what the issue is here.

    You can reach the Savings team on 0345 678 5678 (Mon - Fri: 8am - 6pm, Sat - Sun: 9am - 2pm) and they'll be happy to help.
