Hi. Today I received notification of an account statement being ready but when I checked it in the mobile app there was no ‘share’ button to allow me to download it. Is this a new security feature or a glitch?
Unable to download statements from mobile app

@SallyStewart61 … I phoned in and it would appear to be a known problem but customer support were unable to say if it was intentional or not but it is being looked into.

@g4fmwx I phoned in too and was told that it wasn’t a known problem and that my problem would be logged. I know we can log onto online banking but thats not the point as we use to be able to print straight from the app!

@SallyStewart61 I think it must have changed with the last app update a couple of weeks ago but I can’t think why. If it was an intended change it should have been mentioned in the changelog but I can find a reference to it. Hopefully it will be corrected as soon as.

@g4fmwx @SallyStewart61 Hey, thanks for your comments on this. I can see there has been a bit of conflicting information given so I'd like to apologise for that; we are aware of this and are hoping to resolve it as quickly as possible. Please ensure your apps and devices are fully up to date as some users have reported that it has resolved itself for them after updating.
Sorry for any inconvenience this is causing in the meantime!

Thanks.
