I've got two accounts with tiny balances - interest which came in after I stopped using the accounts. The accounts are frozen . How can I transfer the balances to my active account or close the accounts. It's not worth the cost or time of a phone call.

The only way to arrange this is by calling or writing to us, I'm afraid.

You can reach us on 0345 678 5678 (Mon - Fri: 8am - 6pm, Sat - Sun: 9am - 2pm) and our team can close it for you straight away. You can also send a letter with your details and signature to Tesco Bank, PO Box 27017, Glasgow, G2 9FH to close the account by post.
